Your bank or payment provider may charge their own fees for the transaction. These fees are set by your bank or payment app, not by mpojaya. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing. All deposits and withdrawals are recorded in your transaction history with timestamps and amounts.

Our compliance team reviews withdrawal requests within our standard verification window, typically 1-2 business days. During peak periods or major holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek, processing may take an additional day. Once your withdrawal is approved, funds are sent to your registered payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or bank account).

Settlement time depends on your payment provider. Bank transfers typically arrive within 1-3 business days. E-wallet transfers (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) often arrive within minutes. We do not guarantee "instant" withdrawals because each request requires verification to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regulations.

We encrypt your personal data (email, phone number, payment information, and KYC documents) using industry-standard encryption. Your data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.
